Behavioral & Technical Interview Questions

I have a phone interview in 3 days for the first round of WFs Summer FAP program. I'm assuming I was only invited due to the volume I produce on a daily basis.

All jokes aside, I've been told that the first round is almost purely behavioral/fit. Any advice on potential interview questions and how to answer behavioral ones. It's one of the main things I'm working to improve on seeing as I am very confident in my technical abilities. Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note: I've been doing as much research as I can find free time for, but if you could point me in a direction that is either industry related or firm specific that would be wonderful. (Yes I have used the search button I'm just trying to be as overly prepared as possible.

Thanks in advance gentlemen!
