Best Beginner Modeling Courses for RE

I'm currently an undergrad heading into my junior year and preparing for CRE intern interviews which will take place in the fall. I was planning on completing some Real Estate Modeling courses this summer in addition to a modeling course I am taking with Eastdil Secured and an Argus training program. Since Wall Street Prep is free through my university I planned on taking the one through them but I was wondering if there were any others that you all would recommend. Please let me know! Also, if it helps I plan on pursuing an acquisitions role at a REPE or REIM firm.

Watching Justin Kivel's "Break Into CRE" videos on YouTube was a big help for me in understanding general RE concepts. I guarantee he covers any topic you want more information on in a short, easily digestible 10-minute video. I've also done most of his modeling courses which again were a huge help. He has very simple waterfall/proforma/construction modeling videos if you are more beginner, to much more complicated examples that will teach you everything you need to know and some. The only downside is the course is kind of expensive, around $99 a month, however, he also sells each model individually. Right now I think the site has a 75% discount on certain courses such as development/proforma making them each $20ish

I have found his videos very helpful as well! Just curious, have you taken any Wall Street Prep courses and if you have did you find them helpful?
