Best spots for REPE 2021 SA
Hey all, outside of Blackstone/Starwood/Brookfield - what are the best shops for real estate private equity that offer summer analyst positions? any suggestions on how to recruit for real estate?
Walton St, Harrison Street, JBG, Prudential, Ares, Lending Groups at Big Banks / Debt Funds, Crow Holdings, AEW

I’m new here, will somebody tell me why the fuck everyone bumps? Does it just mean I’m looking for the same info as the guy who posted this?
You're supposed to do it when a topic gets buried (aka falls off the first page) because people on the internet are generally lazy and won't click through to the second page. So if say, a week goes by and you don't get an answer, you can "bump" a thread to the top so it hopefully gets noticed by a new group of people.
However in this case, JSmithRE2010 answered the thread at 2:24 PM...only for it to be bumped a whole 20 minutes later at 2:44 PM and then again at 2:48 PM...

Just curious, I know these big groups are basically done with recruiting, but how is it for other shops?
Most banks haven't finished up recruiting, they're either just starting or will start up sometime in the summer.
