Curious if anyone has crossed paths with them. They appear to be active in the LA apartment market, over the past several years buying smaller sized deals, rent control, etc. I know that the founders had a brokerage group that was sold to Compass recently, but other than that, don't know much about them reputation wise, where their capital comes from, etc. Anyone here have any intel?
