Hi all,
I recently started a new job as a REPE analyst. I have some fundamental understanding of real estate investment but is lacking in specific knowledge regarding the private equity structure, for example, the tax and investment structure, modelling and such.
Wondering if there is a good start-up book that brings a solid understanding to REPE.
