Can anyone provide a list of Development and Acquisition companies that started recruiting Summer 2021 internships?
REPE firms also welcome to the list. I already bombed my Blackstone interview and I'm pretty sure I won't make it to the super day.

bruh chill
You know, I thought considering 2021 internships rn would be a bit much but I get on LinkedIn and there are about 5-6 2021 SA postings for Starwood haha.
It's April 30... of 2020. Anecdotally speaking, my fund just finished dissolving THIS summer's internship and canceling offers... it would fascinate me if any RE funds or development firms are focused on hiring interns for 13-14 months out, let alone in the middle of COVID-19. Maybe this is strictly a "megafund" thing... but to answer your question, there is no list (as far as I know) but maybe I don't know what I'm talking about? Best of luck
My MF opens apps usually in the summer (July/Aug), I think we will have a few dev spots because we expanded/are expanding our in-house dev team. PM me for more details if you want.
That's it. That's the list.
Ignore the comments above. Recruiting for the elite firms have begun. As a recent grad who went through this, you are right to be creating this thread and being on top of it.
Firms I would be amazed if they didn't have apps out right now are KKR, Blackstone, Starwood, Ares. I am sure there are others. I would recommend going through the PERE 100 list and going to every firms website once a week to look for new postings.
Begin networking immediately with folks from your school. Most of these places you will not progress forward in interviews if you don't do at least some networking in advance.
If there are firms you want to work for but they don't have postings up yet or you are not sure if they recruit out of undergrad reach out anyways to alums from your school and just ask to hear about their career and at the end of the convo (assuming it went well) mention you are looking for intern spots.
Best of luck.
