Canadian Pension Pay - Real Estate
Curious if anyone knows how pay scales as you get more senior at the pension funds. Analyst pay has been covered pretty well in other forums, but hoping to get some insight on Associate / Director / VP etc. I have also heard that a good portion of bonuses is in the form of LTIP - how long is this typically locked up for? Thanks

Analyst pay was 65-85 base in 2021-2022 depending on experience. 20% target bonus x company multiplier that capped out at 30% in a good year. At least at the pension I worked at.
I know repe/reits/CRE shops are around 70 ish analyst base but unsure about pension id assume higher like 85 base for analyst? Could be totally off just a thought. Maybe 25-50% bonus? But I imagine that WLB + lots of capital + clear path up and great name makes it a good place to aim
