Career Trajectories - REPE Intern, REIT Full-Time

Hey everyone! I went to a global Top 10 business and real estate school (Class of 2024), and landed two solid real estate private equity internships during my time in school. The job market was definitely interesting this spring semester, and thankfully enough, I walked away with two full-time offers—one in underwriting SBL loans for a brokerage firm (paid analyst role), and the other was doing Asset Management for a REIT in New York City. I took the latter role and wanted to get your guys' input on what expected career trajectories can look like. 

For a final bit of context, I ideally want to get right back into REPE as soon as humanely possible. Working at the firms I've interned at would be a dream.
