Case Studies / Modelling Groups? - Any region
Hey guys,
This is my first post here. I am an investments intern for a REPE shop in APAC, focusing on value-add, opportunistic investments, and developments. I would love to know if there is some sort of Discord or other social group catered to entry-level gents like myself where case studies are shared and worked on, people can practise together, ask questions, etc. I just want to keep learning and being exposed to modelling queries since it's a slow market atm.
I know corporate is incredibly elitist and cutthroat, but I've never been that guy. I think maybe it's just not as rough and dirty in APAC compared to the US (although we still have our douches). I also thought RE isn't as dirty as IB.
Anyway, I would love to help others and be exposed to more learning and cases when it comes to RE. Let me know if anyone knows of a group; otherwise, I'd be happy to create one. All are welcome.
