Its an interesting time right now in NYC development with most firms in the top 100 REPE list already pencils down because of Mamdani. There are basically 3 buckets of development that will occur that are not expiring 421a deals, ICAP, or 100% affordable. If you can work for a company that's in 1 or 2 you will be fine.
