We've had a few people come over from Clarion to our firm with mixed results. Some were pretty sharp and others.. not so much... Their industrial fund kills it, but I don't know of many industrial funds that haven't over the past 10 years. They're a big core/core+ buyer across all asset classes.
Good. Most would be core plus but pretty sure they have a series of commingled, close-ended, opportunity funds. And they also do separate accounts along with some PJVs (programmatic). Think Heitman, Ares, Angelo Gordon, etc
