talk to admissions to see if they will give $$ and consider taking loans

I will be taking a student loan but it still doesn't meet up the requirements to fulfill the tuition and boarding, therefore a gap still remains. For which I come to this forum, as a call to help for bridging the gap, through my fundraiser, maybe sponsor or other available financial frameworks

It sounds like you can't afford it... SO you probably shouldn't go. I think you're getting blinded by the brand name of the university. Be careful with that, you might have buyers remorse.

If the goal is getting into real estate development you should leverage your design background. There are plenty of people in the development world who came up through the design & construction path.

I understand money is a huge aspect of it but I'd rather steer this conversation towards the quality of education and opportunities. It's about not being able to get this level of education because of not having the means.
