Commission on equity raising
I know that when raising debt it’s usually 1% of total loan proceeds paid at closing but how is the commission when raising LP equity on behalf of the gp. Thanks

You're welcome.
I would say ~2-3% for Equity, can’t comment on how much of a discount in bps it would be for a substantially massive equity raise, though if you’re playing at that level you likely won’t need an intermediary for it.
Also correct me if I'm wrong but you don't need any licenses or certifications to raise equity?
