Is anyone familiar with CrossHarbor? REPE shop based in Boston. Seems like a good firm. Trying to get a sense of their reputation, comp, exit opps. Let me know.

They do a lot of creative stuff. For instance they bought the Yellowstone Club out of BK in 2009 and have put together a big ski resort portfolio around that.
Anyone with anything to add on this one?

Interviewed and got an offer a couple years ago. What would you like to know?

I was just wondering how the firm would prepare junior professionals to go out on their own some point in the future in terms of the investment startegies and converage of asset classes. Did you end up taking the offer? If not, what were the major reasons for that? Would really appreciate some insights.
