I went through this interview process 5 years ago so this info could be dated but for what it’s worth…First round was a video call where we really just talked about my background, kept it fairly casual. Probably 30 minutes. Then the super day was a few weeks later, and it was pretty intense. There were 12 30-minute interviews, most of which had 2 interviewers. Most interviews were similar to the phone screening, going over background and maybe asking some basic conceptual real estate questions. There wasn’t anything technical (definitely no excel test or anything) but one person did throw us a curveball and asked a consulting-type case study question which had nothing to do with real estate. Seemed like people could ask whatever they wanted to ask so be ready for anything. After the day was over they took us on a tour of their campus (which was awesome) and had a happy hour there and then another dinner/happy hour downtown. Whole process lasted from 10am to 10pm. Like I said, could be completely different now but just wanted to share one of the crazier interview experiences I’ve had. Good luck
