Been told that DK is very top heavy, meaning that decisions are pretty much made from the head of RE.

Most Helpful

Europe Only: Very flexible investment mandate focused on equity portion of the capstack or debt like structures achieving similar cost of capital. Potentially slighlty tilted towards UK which is partly driven by just higher rates than cont. Europe. Team seen quite some churn recently.

Some recent deals -

More conventional real estate: UK industrial aggregation strategy with platform "Block Industrial" exited to Brookfield in 2022.

Operational Real Estate: NCP Car Parks Portfolio, just sold to Green Point in 2023; Acquistion of UK portfolio of 370 pubs in 2019; 2020 investment into equity portion of Echelon, a rapidly growing Data Centre Development business.
Public Markets: Public stake in Listed German Residential Large Cap Name Deutsche Wohnen which kind of became merger ARB/ activist strategy following takeover offer of key competitor Vonovia.

Curious about what their RE group structure looks like? Are they hiring FT from undergrad
