Developing annual property business plan
How would a MF shop that mainly had apartments, like thousands of apartments, say 7 thousand - how would such a shop develop their annual property business plan?
AM would do it I assume?
I just don’t get how - like do they meet with all the property managers? What if they use multiple third party management companies? And to even more complicate it what if they also managed some properties in house ?
How do you stay on track of pricing and revenue management and expenses and capex when the beast is that big?
