Eastdil Secured 2023 FT Analyst Recruiting
I recently applied to Eastdil Secured's FT 2023 Analyst program and completed the aptitude tests and one-way interview.
I am wondering if anyone on this forum has any insight into Eastdil's hiring process and would be willing to share anything about their timeline or any info related to their ft analyst program.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What questions were you asked for the virtual interview?
Unsure on the timeline but the next step would likely be 1-2 additional interviews followed by a super day. In my experience, they brought all candidates in for a happy hour/meet and greet the night before the super day, which seemed like a test to see how you fit in with the existing Analysts and Associates. Eventually, the senior level employees will start to leave and the lower level people will take the candidates out to grab drinks. My advice would be to keep it together but try to be one of the final candidates out - ES is known for having a work hard play hard culture so they want to see that you can entertain at night and still perform the following day. Super day consists of 5+ interviews with some technicals as well as a moderately easy excel test. Good luck!
Have you heard back yet? Took the aptitude tests and still waiting to hear back. Might’ve bombed one of the sections though lol so maybe I got dinged. Took it last Saturday. Crushed the interview part though.
I haven't heard back either. I reached out to an alumni at Eastdil, and I have a call with him on Wednesday.

What questions were you asked on the virtual interview? I did not hear back either after the virtual interview and aptitude test and later found out it was because of the aptitude test results.
Dude it was ez, just 3 basic interview questions and they give you all the time you want to answer it. Don't sweat it. I think it's different for everyone though.
The aptitude test reminded me of something companies like JPM or Goldman use. Felt like I was taking the SAT again. Hope they don't its just a formality because I definitely bombed mine.
Bro, the SAT was easier than that. I even aced all the examples Eastdil gave you before the assessment. It's like they purposely chose to pick level 10 difficulty lol. I took a bunch of similar online ones too and none of them were that hard.
Has anyone heard back after completing the video interview? I completed mine a week and a half ago and have not heard back. Thanks!

Apparently they are still reviewing applications until all application deadlines are closed (Nov 7) and will give feedback on Dec 6. Got that from the head of administration in London. Just applied for the London office
