Really depends on the office. Top offices are SF LA and NYC. All the other offices don’t work that much and prob work more on top IS teams at JLL etc. the offices I mentioned work 8am to 11pm on average, can be more can be less.
If you don't mind saying. How long have you been there and how are you able to keep up with those hours. I heard ES hours are long but there is time spent going out to dinners or events then going back to the office after.
You just get used to it. Culture matter more than hours. You can prob play videos games till midnight every night and not feel like you’re dying. Same goes with work if you somewhat like the work and the people. People come to ES expecting to work a lot in order to gain great experience and on the flip side get paid the most early on in their career. Don’t expect to be out at dinners or events during the week, as an analyst your sole job is to support deal teams in BOVs and executing on deal when out in the market - you’re at your desk in excel Argus all day.
If real estate is your sector of interest, it’s a great place to start your career. Ik 2 people who work there, and they say the hours are ok, not sweat shop. Granted, this is the ATL office so take what you will of that.

all of them, your life is now ES
Have some friends at ES, have heard it’s a sweatshop with hours in the 60-80 range.
That being said, phenomenal shop with (arguably) the best training and fantastic exit opps.

9am-2am everyday (not so much on weekend but expect 6 hours across sat and sun)
