Would love to get some input on summer analyst positions at Crow Holdings and Eastdil Secured as I go through the interview process with each firm. Especially interested in how quickly one can get up the learning curve at the two shops. Thanks!

I had my first round zoom interview yesterday but have not had a super day. They told me they would give out super day invites at the end of the week.
what stage of interviewing are you at for eastdil summer analyst?
I had an introductory phone interview with 2 associates and an analyst in the Atlanta office. I have a 2-on-1 zoom interview tomorrow afternoon. So haven't had a super day or a super day invite.

if you want to be on the ownership side Crow is one of the best possible places you can be, if you want to be on the brokerage side eastdil is the best possible place you can be. This is decision should entirely be based upon 1. do you want to do ~repe~ or do you want to do brokerage and 2. do you want to be in Dallas or do you want to be in whichever market the eastdil position is for
Nobody can really tell you which is better and would be better for you because they're both best of the best, so entirely dependent on your preferences.
but to caveat this, if your long term goal is the ownership side, you should go to crow no reason to bust your ass at a sweatshop like eastdil if what you want to do is already on the table
