Does anyone have the EQR modeling test, or know what it looks like? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Career Resources
They are going to have you do a one page proforma with unlevered/levered IRR exercise. You have an hour, they are kind of weird about excel skills, so you need to ace it.
Thanks. Do they provide basic assumptions? Or how in depth are the line items/etc?
Yea, basic assumptions. You need to know traditional MF income statement because they want the detail. You are going for an analyst role, so they emphasize excel skills at the detriment of clear demonstration of expertise in the asset class, kind of moronic personally.
For example, at my current firm we have nearly impossible excel test, but none of it is centered on being able to put a quick 45 min proforma together, it is genuine test of excel skills. On this test most candidates do not pass but a clear understanding of their excel skills can be determined by how they approached solutions on individual questions. Anyone can learn to do a RE one worksheet proforma and ace the test but what will happen when you have to make a challenging portfolio management worksheet for quarterly reporting?
What do you mean weird about Excel?
Do they monitor the excel test live?
West coast?
