Experience getting hired as an analyst out of undergrad

I’m curious how the hiring process is going for those who have just graduated or are looking to graduate in the next year.

It seems the market is taking a turn and hiring is slowing down. It’d be great to hear what people are doing, what’s working and what is not.

it was bad for last year grads as well. try really hard and you will land something. if you don’t have experience, work during the year and be smart. you also might not have the option to choose location. with few opportunities most people will be casting a wide net

Its been rough so far, though I have an interview coming up and think I have a solid in with my sophomore year internship company. I barely know anyone this year that has  a job, its a bit of a blood bath ngl

Recent grad, just turned something down due to location concerns and have had a superday within the past two weeks. (Didn’t get it).

I’m definitely seeing stuff but it’s not like 2020. Looking to potentially just get a job outside of real estate and more so inside finance.

Have you just been applying through LinkedIn, or what’s the best way to see open positions

2022 grad here. Took me 10 months of networking and applying to land an analyst role after I graduated. Had internships and an MSRE to boot. It's a terrible market right now for entry level guys. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about how to navigate it.
