US Firms That Sponsor Visas?

Currently looking to jump to the US for personal reasons, doesn't matter where at the beginning (west coast, east coast, Texas, Florida...anywhere). I'm Canadian and wondering which firms, specifically real estate ones, are willing to sponsor candidates?

Open to investment banks, developers, large insurance/ lifecos, private equity funds, etc. to start.

Any names specifically would help a lot instead of keeping things vague. Thank you!

Don’t have names off the top of my head, but all the megafunds and big investment banks sponsor. Check the H1B data info website and look up if the firm has historically sponsored visas. Otherwise, the short-hand rule is that the bigger the firm, the more likely they are to sponsor. Canada also has a very friendly foreign worker visa agreement with the US so it shouldn't be that hard

Thanks, but from my experience this is generally untrue. The banks from first hand experience don't sponsor as much. I know megafunds where folks got an offer, but where transferred to offices outside of the US because they couldn't sponsor.
