What are key drivers for flex space demand?
My firm is interested in developing flex, but I don't feel comfortable deploying capital on projects without identifying clear demand for a site's proposed use. For other asset classes like self storage, I'm able to utilize Radius+ & gather comparables, competitors, market data, historical rates, demographics, new development, etc. within a certain radius of my prospective site.
