Florida REPE Job Offer
Hello all,
I am expecting a full time offer as an acquisitions analyst from my current internship at a family office REPE shop in South Florida. I believe around 500M AUM. I was hoping to get some idea of pay range / breakdown so that I can understand my offer and negotiate.
For context, I will have interned with them for two years, both full-time summers and part-time during school. It's a very small team. I will be fresh out of undergrad when I start. I understand it may be hard to give a real figure for such a niche situation but any info on acq. analyst comps in FL would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Where in Florida? Big difference between firms in soflo versus TPA/ORL/JAX.

Taking a stab I would say $60-$70k base with 10%-30% bonus based on ranges I’m seeing down there while interviewing with two years of experience.
