Graduate Recruitment/Analyst Prep: CRE Investment Debt/Equity

I am a final year undergraduate student pursuing a graduate position in CRE in NYC. I have a few interviews lined up as soon as next week and as far away as in the spring on both the equity and debt side. I have multiple internships in Real Estate on the sell-side and buy-side, but I am aware that graduate recruitment is much more technical than those processes, and want to make sure that I will be in a position to capitalize on the opportunities at hand as they are few and far between especially in this market.

What should the interview prep process look like? I have behaviorals down, but what sort of technicals should I expect/prepare for, and how should I go about it? I have not gotten a lot of modeling experience in my previous experiences so I got Adventures in CRE and have been slowly making my way through it to supplement, but what should I be able to do as far as modeling and case studies for analyst-level roles, and how do I reach that level?

Thank you in advance. I hope this will boost my confidence and assist others in a similar situation.
