My goal is to become a real estate developer based in either in US or Europe and have connections with Asia and Africa. I'm considering on MSRE after I graduate, but do you recommend I should seek MSRE in US or France?

Kind of depends on where you want to work after you get the MSRE, real estate is very market specific.
