Houston Private Equity Real Estate Firms

Currently working at a family office PERE firm in Austin, Texas - interested in jumping to Houston for a number of reasons. Wanted to start doing some diligence on private equity real estate firms in Houston. Any ideas of shops in town? A couple that come to mind are Hines (investment arm), Lionstone, and Transwestern (investment arm).

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

PM Realty The Finger Company (multi) Moody Ramblin MetroNational (owns Memorial City Mall and all of the surrounding development)

Obviously a lot of the institutional owners have assets in Houston, so depending on how you approach it, you may be able to work for one of them, but just be their "local" TX person if you willing to leave the small private PERE world.
