How to nail credit analyst interview?

Hello all,

I'm about 18 months out of school and was laid off from my first job at a small developer in a tertiary market (acquisitions). I have a phone interview coming up with a large bank for a credit analyst position.  Given the job market and that I'm early in my career I'm pretty much open to any RE analyst position

I've had a few interviews, with varying levels of success in the process, but I really want to do well on this one. Any tips on what I could say for why I might want to move to the lending side, or any tips in general? I feel like I could easily do this job, but how do I express that?
