My experience with them has been on the hotel investment sales side, which they are known for. Never worked there, but have seen some of their deals. Upper middle of the road shop. Better than M&M but inferior to JLL.

I’d suggest targeting JLL, Eastdil, or a VERY productive team at either CBRE or Cushman. If you can’t land with one of these groups, I’d highly recommend trying to find a spot with a boutique developer / sponsor instead if principal side is your end goal.

Not sure they’re comparable to M&M and JLL as the other commenter mentioned. They’re a boutique shop and have a tendency to focus on headline transactions - would recommend building experience at a larger shop with a wider scope and then jumping over. Also depends if you’re going in as an analyst or broker, I think that would change the context.
