Investor survey
Hello,
Does anybody know whether there is some kind of a periodic investor survey where I could find the latest trends in targeted investor return metrics - levered/unlevered IRR, equity multiple, etc for different CRE classes? Theres is plenty of data on cap rates, but I cant find anything else.
