Jamestown Compensation
Afternoon, guys. I read through the comp survey, which was awesome, but I want to know if anyone has any first or second hand knowledge of the pay scale and/or comp structure at various levels at Jamestown - Analyst, Associate, VP, etc?
No worries if not since this is very specific, but I figured I would ask.
Assist. VP in RE - Comm, sorry about the lack of response. Maybe one of these topics will help:
More suggestions...
Hope that helps.
Bump.
One final attempt. I do understand that it's a very specific request.
I don't have any first hand specifics, but from what I have heard, the culture & work life balance don't necessarily match the comp. I have a feeling their analysts are probably $80-$100 all in. While their HQ is in Atlanta and this is a pretty strong comp for the city, they will work you hard. That being said, everyone that I have met that works there is extremely intelligent & generally good people to interact with. Also, they get to work some of the coolest & most complex deals in the country so there is a trade off.
I've heard similar negative things about their work/life balance, but that their comp packages have generally been improved. I just don't know what "improved" looks like beyond your analyst estimate.
Appreciate the comment though.
Any updates on salaries at Jamestown?
Update on Associate and VP comp?
.
How did the light negotiating work? They sent you an offer say Monday for $130k and you waited a few days acting like you were too busy then went back Thursday and countered with $150k?
Curious if you could share more specifics and don't some of these offers usually come with a 1-2 day acceptable time to respond?
They have a job posting for an associate in SF and the salary range shown is $125-$155k.
