Kairos Investment Management
Anyone know a lot about Kairos Investment Management (comp, relocation, work, etc.)? Might have an interview there soon, but don’t know a whole lot on the place.
Assuming this is for the debt fund position they're hiring for. It's a new line for them, trying to grow. Not much proof od product yet.

It's for the investment management role for 2024
All I now that they are always hiring for the investment manager-Credit position. Hard to take a company seriously when they are just blatantly either collecting resumes or have a revolving door. To make it worse, per the job description for that position, the pay is $120-140K? Market is a little closer to $200K, atleast $175K base. So, makes sense why they are always hiring.
