Learning Structured Finance

Recently started a career in real estate private credit and am looking for ways to do some extra learning.

I spent most of my time in undergrad preparing for a career in equity investing and did not spend as much time studying concepts like back leverage, injecting and structuring mezz/pref, real estate securities, the legalese in loan docs, and so on.

I have been reading our docs and investment memos, asking questions, and making full use of Google, but it still feels like I am missing a lot of detail.

Would truly appreciate any learning recs (books, courses, podcasts, etc.) people have so that I can get better at my job.
