London - Data Centers Comp?

Does anyone know how is the comp for RE investment roles at Data Centres companies (the likes of Colt, Yondr, Global Switch, etc.)

general qs - been seeing a lot of recruitment for data center companies (not investment role specifically)
good opportunity in general? not from RE space originally
Found that that the base is acceptable (80k-90k) but the bonus is low 15%. This is for London btw.
thanks for the response. is this for fairly junior roles from YOE POV? e.g. 3-5? or more senior roles?
did you decide to pursue? my initial research suggests this is a massively growing, fragmented market, so should be lots of scope to jump around every couple of years for good bumps?
That was the comp I was given from 2 companies. I have 6 years experience. Didn't pursue, I cannot confirm how easy/difficult to jump and get pay bumps
