I know a lot of these threads are more comp related but thought I would give this a shot. I have a couple deals I am now under contract on, and raising capital for. If anyone works at a shop doing LP or hybrid CoGP/LP equity that looks at more alternative/niche deals let me know. Very high returns, one deal is a small ground up project with a tenant in hand, the other two are light value add. Could also be a good fit for a family office who look at more niche segments, shoot me a message and would love to connect. Thanks!

So you have a couple crappy deals that you overpaid for, can't find money, and now are asking an internet forum for help with finding equity, but won't actually give any detail as to what the opportunities are?
