Masters 2023 Summer Internship Interview Prep

Hey guys,

Have a few roles lined up for I am interviewing with for summer 2023 positions while in grad school. Curious what is expected in these interviews? I am prepping like they are full time roles, the typical tell me about yourself, since I have experience with certain asset classes have thoughts on those markets today in the US and the assets the company focuses on even if I am not super familiar (say the overall office market).

What's the expectation from the company's POV for a summer intern coming in with experience? Going through other interview threads here as well.

Can't speak to the company's POV but the interviews for grad interns are in line with normal recruiting. Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in this position, tell me about what you do besides work - all sorts of fit questions. Then you might get some basic technicals which depend on the firm you are applying to but I get the sense that most prefer to give you a modeling test so long as you pass the first screen.
