Obtaining Financing for Real Estate Developments in Mexico through US Funds/Private Lenders/etc.

Hello,

I am currently working with a Real Estate Development company in Mexico City as an external financial advisor. This company develops Residential properties for sale.

Real Estate Capital Markets in Mexico is quite underdeveloped so there are only a few Mezzanine & Construction Loans providers for this types of projects.

I am looking for lenders within the US who can 1.Enter into a International transaction 2.Provide both types of loans.

Could some one give me some advice where to start looking?

Thanks alot!
