PJT Park Hill

Interested in getting more information on PJT Park Hill. What's the culture like? Exits? How competitive is it to get in (compared to MM REPE, MF REPE, BofA/Citi/GS REIB). Interview difficulty as compared to other boutiques? What profiles/backgrounds are they looking for? When do apps open (assuming I haven't missed them)?

Give it to me straight. I'm a prestige whore.

Focuses a lot of discretionary equity raising (placement agency) for investment managers. Not much nitty gritty real estate deals. When the market warrants it, they will also advise on secondary sales of LP interests in said funds or vehicles.

They did hire a property-level focused team from Savills Studley a few years back but it looks like that team may have disbanded. Never heard anything about deals or picked up on any traction they may have gotten at PJT.
