I'm interested to hear about PMG and other Miami developers' cultures/ growth prospects for junior people. It would also be great to get an insight into who is keen to hire people straight out of college with some internship experience (I'm a December grad, PMG seems to have a big internship scheme but I'm unsure on the other firms)?
