Quick Argus Question: Can't figure this out...How do I recover capital expenditures through amortization?

Say I have $500,000 capital expenditure and I want to amortize it and recover it from my tenants. In the row where I enter the CapEx amount, I see options for that and even a place to enter the interest rate... but I fill all those and the cashflow still doesn't have any amortized capex recovery showing. Only the expense portion shows. How come?

Thanks man, I actually can't believe Argus doesn't have this functionality built it...

to make it even worse, they have all the inputs to make it work, but those inputs don't even do anything. thanks again
