Yeah the young woman who covers southeast REPE is legit (I believe her name is Ashley). She had exclusives on roles at Artemis, Federal Capital Partners, ASB Real Estate, Kayne Anderson, Related in Miami (that might have been another guy). There are other good ops that I’m forgetting because I wasn’t interested (eg stuff in Charlotte and texas).

But I also had other recruiters from Selby Jennings cold call me on some pretty bad jobs. I think Selby Jennings has a low barrier to entry for getting hired so some of the green recruiters give it a bad rep.
