What do you guys think of this as a career?
Have an offer for evercore real estate PCA and I’m trying to think about a potential long term career in this space vs PE or development.
To my understanding underwriting can always be learned but an opportunity to build relationships at such an early stage of my real estate career seems like an invaluable value add.
