real estate finance (lender) directory
Anyone have a good source on a commercial real estate lender directory? specifically looking for some of the lesser known players. i have the crittenden real estate lender directory, but was looking for more/others
there's this database called REPE real estate private equity. it'll give you a list in the US of the players and the type of deals they do, senior debt, mezz. etc. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it might be worth a look.
