Redcar Properties

Anyone have any insight on Redcar properties in terms of culture, deal flow, reputation? Seems like they have done some really cool projects around LA but curious how they are holding up with the office market these past few years?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, Redcar Properties has gained attention for its innovative work in Los Angeles, particularly in repositioning old buildings into creative office spaces. While there isn't specific commentary on employee experiences at Redcar Properties in the provided context, their focus on creative office spaces aligns with trends in urban redevelopment and adaptive reuse, which are highly regarded in the real estate community.

If you're considering working there, it might be worth exploring their projects further and connecting with individuals in the industry who have firsthand experience with the company. Additionally, their work in LA's creative office market suggests they are likely involved in dynamic and design-forward projects, which could be appealing for professionals interested in this niche.

What is your question? Agree with everything you've stated. They have great taste and they've mastered the creative office adaptive reuse model. Unfortunately, no one could have predicted COVID, which decimated office values.

I have no privy knowledge, but I would not be shocked if they have to hand back the keys on some of these investments. Buildings are beautiful though. there is value to them. just need a basis reset.
