REPE

Ive been in Construction Management and Develop for about 8 years. Been working at a REPE with a avg deal at 35m in debt or bridge loans. I'm specifically on the Develop team though in Atlanta. I would ideally work for another REPE as I push my career further in NYC. Any recommendations for companies or head hunters there?

What do you mean by construction management for debt? Are you on the AM team focused on construction loans or some sort of in house construction consultant?

Apologies, let me clarify. My firm provides debt and I do help with some of the underwriting, but my main focus is in house Development. I deal mostly with entitlements, feasibility studies, design, budgets, management of the construction from an owners rep perspective, leases, property repositioning, marketing/branding etc. I also work with Co-GP partners as we provide funding for the projects and get a slice of the pie as well.
