REPE/ Real Estate banking in Southeast (AL/ GA)
I'm looking to get into REPE after a few years in IB, I know it's a niche but what are some good firms in the southeast, specifically AL.

Greystar acquisitions, Jamestown. Ares has an Atlanta office I think. On the other hand, there is a Great abundance of developers, both local or national players who have local offices throughout the region (CIM, Hines, Greystar, Related, Mill Creek Residential, TCC, TCR, prologis or link logistics if you’re into industrial, the list goes on).

There is a good amount in Atlanta but they’re not all sexy Wall Street names like Ares
