Storage/Multi Models
Does anyone have a self storage or multi-family acquisition model they would be willing to share? Looking for different ways to mark-to-market rents after renovation. I will trade for office/retail models and am also willing to pay. PM me if interested. (not looking for Advcre or getrefm templates). Thanks

Self storage is pretty simple. I built a model for it before and no one ever used it so it was basically a waste of time. Put the rent roll away except to find average length of leases for the property and use the unit mix for all of the analysis.
