Don't have any knowledge of comp, WLB, etc but they were a JV partner on a couple deals at one of my prior firms. Very sharp group that presented well. Good brand in the institutional office world. They'd didn't shy away from hard conversations, but was always in a completely professional and pleasant manner.
Heard they were super sweaty through a mutual connection who worked there. Didn’t know him enough to ask how much they paid but I assume it’s a discount to the “top” NYC shops, but good for Boston unless you’re comparing it to Baupost or Bain
quality shop - smart people who get involved with creative repositioning, not afraid to put $ in their RE to increase attractiveness. Value add and then sell. From what i've seen their AMs get more involved in property level decisions than some other companies.
