Thoughts on Break into CRE, UDEMY classes?

Have about a month before my internship starts, looking to dive into some waterfall training to familiarize myself more with the structure and whatnot. Having looked around it looks like Justin Kivel has some waterfall modeling courses which are pretty cheap and won’t take weeks to finish. Has anyone done those or anything similar/ any recommendations?

I got mine for $1500 with the REFAI course and the 3 Excel modeling courses. I have bought the UDEMY material before and find the REFAI course to be much more comprehensive in practice and in theory. I am only a second year CRE broker so I needed a big course to catch up to my peers and clients. I also see myself going buy side in a few years so I wanted a course to put on my resume stating I had these hard skills.
